A Message From The Broker.
My name is Giuseppe "Joe" Cappellino, and I'm the founder and broker of Benchmark Realtors. I received my license to practice real estate in 2010, and after several years of working for some of the nation's largest real estate firms, I decided to make the leap into opening my own firm in 2015. Armed with the experiences of what these big brokerages do right (and wrong), I made it my mission to build a brokerage that I felt would challenge the status-quo, and bring the real estate business back to where it belongs: Focusing on our client's best interests, and not our own. In essence, one can say that my mission was to raise the benchmark for real estate firms.
Rather than franchising a "big name brand", I built Benchmark from the ground up with one concept in mind: I wasn't out to be the biggest, I was out to be the best where it counts the most: In our client's eyes. Countless 5-Star reviews later, I feel confident that our results speak for themselves. More importantly, however, I take pride in knowing that my colleagues are some of the most honest, ethical, tenacious and hard working agents around.

As a privately owned and operated firm, we skip the massive overhead associated with renting a brand name, and invest those resources into marketing your property in ways that other firms simply can't, whether it's due to franchise rules or simply a lack of flexibility in marketing.
